Torchwood Institute
The Story
It is the autumn of 2008 and the Torchwood Three team have re-assembled with two new members.
On the fateful night, when Gray tried to take his revenge on Jack, Dr Owen Harper was not irradiated and thus destroyed. His loyal subjects, the Weevils of the Cardiff sewers, assisted him to escape. He was, however, still recovering during the Dalek occupation, but shortly afterwards he broke in to the Hub and had one of his followers resurrect the woman he loved.
Thus, Tosh awoke to find herself in Owen's kingdom and surrounded by the creatures they had once monitored. It took her two months to persuade him to return to normal life, but know they must face Jack, Gwen and Ianto.
Of course, they also have to contend with Martha ans Mickey to get their jobs back.
Meanwhile, several time-travelers are stranded in Cardiff and are all trying to survive in a time period not their own.

Hello, everyone! We only recently started and as such are trying to recruit as many members as possible. None of the canon characters are, as yet, taken. We like imaginative and original characters, so please don't feel you have to play a canon character.
