Ability to manipulate fire, but not yet create it. Can get creative with manipulation - fireballs or even dancing fire, sculpted fire... there are no limits.

An original tough guy. Hates the idea of happy families and people having perfect lives that he doesn't.
Pyro is easily swayed to the dark side, because he has so much resentment for the world. He is also naive enough to allow people to use him for their own motivations.
He's as hot headed as his flame and wants to prove it. Acting impetuously with his attacks and going after Professor X.
He hates being called by his real name ever since joining the brotherhood.

An orphan, born in Sydney Australia and was fostered in the U.S, eventually finding himself back in an orphanage there before being picked up by Xavier's school.
He developed his skills there until he was called out on a mission in a state of emergency - where several older students were meant to help out.
It was there he came across Magneto and Mystique who convinced him to use his powers for evil.
He left Xavier and the X-men when they needed him most and went to serve the brotherhood.
Eventually coming to the Battle of Alcatraz and going head to head with his past BFF, Bobby Drake.

Bobby Drake... Bobby Drake. The last thing he wanted was to hear that name but it kept coming up in his mind as he wandered the cool city streets.
He lit his lighter up in the dark, the fire warming his fingers as he ran them over the flame.
Turning his head, as there was a loud clang nearby. Petty theives. So pathetic. He wished he could send a fireball in their direction, but he couldn't. His abilities had died after the battle, leaving him more angry and frustrated than ever.
"Urgh!" He yelled with a painful shout and punched a shop window, glass shattering all around, his hand trickling with blood, glass cutting into him and settling in his skin.
Half of it was for Bobby Drake, but mostly for his loss of abilities. The looters were on his trail. He spun around, before they could enter the shop he'd just broken into for them. Three wirey men. No competition.
He sneered and lit up his lighter again, giving them a challenging smirk to step back. Just as they did, he picked up a newspaper on the ground, flapping in the wind. They didn't have a chance to run before he lit it and threw it unto them, their clothes going up in flames.
